Recession

A man who lived by the side of the road and sold hot dogs was hard of hearing, so he had no radio. He had trouble with his eyes, so he read no newspapers. But he sold good hot dogs. He put up signs on the highway advertising them. He stood on the side of the road and cried, "Buy a hot dog, Mister?" And people bought his hot dogs. He increased his meat and bun orders. He bought a bigger stove to take care of his trade.

He finally got his son to come home from university to help out. But then something happened. "Father, haven't you been listening to the radio?" his son said. "Haven't you been reading the newspaper? There's a world recession and war has erupted in the Middle East. People are losing their jobs" Whereupon the father thought, "Well my son's been to university, he reads the papers and listens to the radio, and he ought to know".

So the father cut down his meat and bun orders, took down his signs and no longer bothered to stand out on the highway to sell his hot dogs. His sales fell overnight. "You're right, son" the father said to the boy. "We certainly are in the middle of a big recession" Every day we receive news that is less than uplifting. We all know people who can hardly wait for the future so they can look back at regret. Negative thinking and living does many detrimental things in our life.

It Creates doubt at critical decision times.is contagious. Blows everything out of proportion. Limits our potential. Keeps us from enjoying life. Hinders others from making a positive response.
As long as the father was oblivious of all the negativity around, his business kept on flourishing. Brings a very important linkage to our business today I have been hearing no customer walk-ins, sales out is slowing, credit is tightening, partners bouncing cheque's etc etc etc but as long as we keep ourselves away from all these negativity and focus on what we have to do as per our priorities,
NOTHING CAN STOP US FROM SUCCESS!!!

Here’s to the ones intoxicated by the burning of the winds of change in their lungs and who live in the lands that others fear to tread. Here’s to the ones who raise their voices to the heavens even though they don’t always know the words. Here’s to the rare beings who walk the road less travelled, taking the adventure that rises on this path with purpose and passion. Here’s to the rebels, the heartsick originals, and the bittersweet loneliness that fuels their spirit.  To the ones who won’t conform, back down or step aside.  To the ones who were not born to fit in but to gloriously stand out.  To those who are here to be midwives of the genuine. Here’s to the awakened ones whose purpose is to f...

Harnessing the Power f words...

Have u ever noticed that during those times you were convinced something would go wrong, it usually did? “I’m going to mess this speech up; they’re not going to like me; I am not good enough.” On the other hand, in those times when you were convinced you couldn’t fail, things tended to go smoothly and successfully. “I can’t lose; I just know there is a connection; I have what it takes.” While we all have varying degrees of psychic knowing, these self-fulfilling prophecies have more to do with mindset than intuitive premonitions. Negative self-talk comes in many forms. It may sound factual, “I won’t get the raise,” prudent, “If I try, I’ll fail,” or like a realistic observation, “I am all alone.” Negative self-talk hinders our healing, growth, evolution, and ascension, creating adverse outcomes for ourselves and our lives.   We all have an occasional dark cloud floating across our clear mental skies. However, it can’t rain every day! The more negative thoughts we have, the more ne...
