this Lockdown do not Lockdown ur ideas!

Do you feel that you are working harder than ever, & used to have plenty of great ideas, they just aren’t flowing anymore?

When you have an insight, it likely feels as though the idea came out of thin air. But that insight is the result of a distinct process in the brain & for this process to occur most easily—for that big idea to bubble up—your brain needs to be in a certain state.
Specifically, your brain needs to be in a Relaxed and Positive state & not working directly on the problem.

Yes, you heard that right: In order to solve that difficult problem keeping you locked to your desk, won't work!

Naturally, when you have a complex problem to solve, you have to do the initial legwork to gather information & perspectives. After that, step away. For your brain to make new connections, you need to stop narrowly focusing on the problem.

This is why your big ideas come to you at seemingly random times and places, such as while you’re in the shower or taking a walk. It’s because you’re relaxed, feeling positive, and not laser focused on the problem or situation.

You have created the conditions that are conducive for insight. With this basic understanding you’re now in a position to unlock more creative thinking that will help you solve those thorny issues you’re facing. Put the science to work and Identify ur “GOLDEN TIME”.

Some click while commuting or some after eating lunch with colleagues at office, which we do religiously every day of the week. Similarly, it’s also quite common for some to click just before falling asleep, right after waking up, or while exercising.

Pinpoint when and where you tend to have your own “AHA!” Moment those incredible moments of clarity when you suddenly solve a vexing problem.

The times when you already do your best thinking are golden moments in this knowledge economy: cherish and protect them to Prime ur brain for those big breakthrough ideas!

Here’s to the ones intoxicated by the burning of the winds of change in their lungs and who live in the lands that others fear to tread. Here’s to the ones who raise their voices to the heavens even though they don’t always know the words. Here’s to the rare beings who walk the road less travelled, taking the adventure that rises on this path with purpose and passion. Here’s to the rebels, the heartsick originals, and the bittersweet loneliness that fuels their spirit.  To the ones who won’t conform, back down or step aside.  To the ones who were not born to fit in but to gloriously stand out.  To those who are here to be midwives of the genuine. Here’s to the awakened ones whose purpose is to f...

6 situations in a relationship when it’s worth lying

Sometimes lying. In some cases, lying can help you cheer up your partner or even may save your life. 1. When you leave an aggressive partner. If you have decided to get out of a destructive relationship and you’re preparing to step back, you’re free to lie. Your main task is to draw his attention to save money, to gather your things, to make contacts with people who will help you get out of this relation. When the partner asks, “Have you ever loved someone more than you love me?” If you have not previously agreed on absolute honesty, then answer “no”. Let’s admit that there was a stronger feeling in your life than the current one. Who will feel better if you tell the truth? #3. When you make a surprise Usually, the man who a surprise is being prepared may open his third eye and also the ability to see through the wall...
