this Lockdown do not Lockdown ur ideas!

Do you feel that you are working harder than ever, & used to have plenty of great ideas, they just aren’t flowing anymore?

When you have an insight, it likely feels as though the idea came out of thin air. But that insight is the result of a distinct process in the brain & for this process to occur most easily—for that big idea to bubble up—your brain needs to be in a certain state.
Specifically, your brain needs to be in a Relaxed and Positive state & not working directly on the problem.

Yes, you heard that right: In order to solve that difficult problem keeping you locked to your desk, won't work!

Naturally, when you have a complex problem to solve, you have to do the initial legwork to gather information & perspectives. After that, step away. For your brain to make new connections, you need to stop narrowly focusing on the problem.

This is why your big ideas come to you at seemingly random times and places, such as while you’re in the shower or taking a walk. It’s because you’re relaxed, feeling positive, and not laser focused on the problem or situation.

You have created the conditions that are conducive for insight. With this basic understanding you’re now in a position to unlock more creative thinking that will help you solve those thorny issues you’re facing. Put the science to work and Identify ur “GOLDEN TIME”.

Some click while commuting or some after eating lunch with colleagues at office, which we do religiously every day of the week. Similarly, it’s also quite common for some to click just before falling asleep, right after waking up, or while exercising.

Pinpoint when and where you tend to have your own “AHA!” Moment those incredible moments of clarity when you suddenly solve a vexing problem.

The times when you already do your best thinking are golden moments in this knowledge economy: cherish and protect them to Prime ur brain for those big breakthrough ideas!

It may sound factual, “I won’t get the raise,” prudent, “If I try, I’ll fail,” or like a realistic observation, “I am all alone.” Negative self-talk hinders our healing, growth, evolution, and ascension, creating adverse outcomes for ourselves and our lives.   We all have an occasional dark cloud floating across our clear mental skies. However, it can’t rain every day! The more negative thoughts we have, the more ne...

Hi There, Individuals must look at the reason for surrender — whether they need the money or they think they can't make future premium payments — and accordingly make their decision... It is ironical that at a time when one is in desperate need of his/ her money, while surrendering a traditional policy (endowment or money back), policyholders in the majority of cases end up with a surrender value that is even lower than the premiums paid. Post pandemic the economy, and livelihoods, 2021-22-23witnessed a sharp spike in insurance policies being surrendered ahead of their maturity. Data show that more than  2.3 crore life insurance policies were surrendered  during the year — more than three times the number of policies (69.78 lakh) surrendered in 2020-21.
